This is an odd book to read cover-to-cover, but I picked it up to read some of the articles and chapters and got kind of caught up and interested. I felt like there was a lot of really good information here, but at the same time, a flaw with such an all-encompassing book is that it can't cover all of the issues in-depth. It's definitely a good starting place for all kinds of mental health isseus, from situational things like divorce and child-rearing, to biological events like menopause, to mental illnesses. I found the sections on the various psychiatric drugs to be particularly clear and well-written.
