Mr. Monster is the second book in the John Cleaver series. (The first being I am Not a Serial Killer)
I haven't read anything this twisted in awhile. I don't think anything will top Bentley Little's books. But this was definitely up there.

I won't give anything away of course, especially since this is the second book but it's about a boy named John Cleaver who is pretty obsessed with serial killers and their patterns. He knows a lot about them. And he's got a very dark side to him that he calls Mr. Monster. He pretty much battles with himself to try to find a balance between his good side and his bad side. It's pretty interesting. He's a diagnosed sociopath.

And obviously, this book picks up where the first one left off. So..if you haven't read the first one, go read it! And then read this one:) haha

I recommend this for more mature readers. 17+

Vicki I had to laugh because a student of mine was arguing with me about Stephen King needing to kill all the animals he does. I keep saying "why the animals?"
