Can't say enough good things about this cookbook, but let me try:

+ Super practical (which is rare for vegan cookbooks). Time requirements (both active and inactive) are listed, as are substitutes for the some of the hard-to-find specialty ingredients.

+ Nutritional information is provided for each recipe. AWESOME.

+ Excellent for quick, everyday meals. In 2-3 hours on a weekend I've been able to prepare enough meals to last for a week's worth of lunches and dinners.

- The only gripe: I wish there were more photographs.
