I know that some people will automatically walk past this book because it was written by former Arkansas Governor and potential Presidential candidate Mike Huckabee. I can't say that I blame you. I would probably not read a diet book from Hilary Clinton, but trust me. If you are in need to make a life change in your health, put your political views aside for a few days (it's a quick read) and read how this man not only lost a serious amount of weight, but has been able to keep it off.

Based on the AA 12 Steps program, Huckabee gives 12 STOPS to help you overcome eating.

I have read many diet books, but this one of two that worked for me. It might work for you, also.
