I enjoyed this book, mainly for the format it was written in. It was like a poem all the way through. I love poetry and so this book held my interests. It is about a girl that feels left out, because her friends have joined a religious club. The main character LaVaughn does not agree with their ideals and so she stays away from this group. LaVaugn also has a major crush for the boy that lives in her building and thinks she will die if he does not love her back. Very cute book. Easy and fun to read.

Warnings: It does reference some homosexual relationships but does not go into detail.
