bookshelves: social-studies, civil-rights, heroes, multicultural

This book focuses on multiple perspectives of the civil rights movement. The book consists of background knowledge about major moments about the movement and interviews. Children lead interviews from people that were part of the movement or lived during the times. Great book for students to read to enhance their understanding of civil rights.
