I absolutely ADORED this book. Even though 80% of it was "common sense.... oh, I already know that" kind of stuff, there were a few passages in this book that really served as priceless "mirrors" for me.

As a general rule, almost every "self help" book that has made a real "impact" on my life was also painful/difficult to get through.
