Several weeks ago I asked the girls in my Language Arts classes for suggestions of books that I should put in my library that would appeal particularly to girls. This was one that one of my students lent me with the suggestion that I read it and consider getting a copy. I had previously read another book by Wendy Mass (The Candymakers) so I was interested to reading another of her works. This is definitely not one for the boys but I think that I'll get a copy for my library. I think that many of the girls will enjoy it.
