This was an amazing book!! A strong and independent couple, interesting supporting characters, a fun side romance, witty dialogue, and riveting suspense!! I kept changing my mind on the villain's identity(yes, one of my first guesses was correct!!) This had some really great dialogue. I really enjoyed Gull's vocabulary!! Rowan came across perfectly! Sometimes authors get carried away with childhood angst and abandonment issues, that didn't happen here. We were able to infer it, but it wasn't hammered into our heads. I thought Lucas and Ella's romance was absolutely delightful!! And of course, the best part was Gull and Rowan. I just loved everything about this book!!!
