I admit, there only one story really caught my eye from of this collection ("The Fluted Girl"), but damn. It was pretty spectactular.

In a dystopian future, a girl and her sister are taken from their parents to be turned into media darlings. Their bones are replaced with keys, so that when they move or touch their bones, they are music embodied. The story focuses one of the sisters and her struggle with slavery -- loving, defining, and betraying it.
