I needed something really romantic, so I went for this book.

Reading the plot summary captured my interest as it told a new and original twist on the lovestory of a very modern-time couple. I was curious so I picked it up, and I'm not sorry I did.

Though I cannot give this book five stars under any pretence, seeing as how I expected something much better from such a plot twist, I really enjoyed reading it. It was light, and romantic, with a hint of darkness and angst. The characters were real and likeable, the settings - exotic and dreamlike (made me imagine lying on white sandy beeches under the blistering sun with a crystal-blue sea lapping at my feet. I almost heard the breeze and breathed in the sweet aroma of summer in the tropics, the descriptions were that good).

This is not an ordinary Modern Mills & Boon - its original and easy to enjoy, so if you're a fan of the genre, you might want to try it out - it might just surprise you.
