This book is due back at the library today- and I couldn't sleep last night. So I finished this book practically in one session. I loved it. Ellie lost her husband Jamie in a tragic accident and she still 'chats' to him in the flat they shared. His dad , Tony, a famous actor is horrified to discover the state of the flat and the terrible neighbours. So he buys a flat in North London to use when he's in the UK and gets Ellie to live there. She meets Roo, a neighbour when she leaves her key in her door. They become great friends. Tony also meets an artist in the park and falls in love- but she's married. Roo finds a new job for Ellie, who falls in love with her boss.

They visit Perranporth- which is my favourite spot in Cornwall- and just added to the warm fuzzy feeling of the book for me. It ends nice and predicatably and it was a completely wonderful read.
