A delightfully simple book which explains some deep aspects of Christianity in an accessible way. The book includes a great description of why Christians believe that God is Trinity, and some of the profound implications of this belief. It also gives a very understandable account of human sinfulness, and how exactly Jesus is able to overcome this sin. I especially recommend this book to anyone who has not encountered alternatives to atonement theology (viz., that Jesus died for our sins to pay the price that was owed to God for our sins). This is book taps into an ancient alternative to that viewpoint, explaining Jesus' death in another way.
