Love this so far. Halliday is quite amusing, especially given that she puts herself in situations that are almost painful to read about but so fascinating that you have to keep going. While I wish I could have some of the experiences she describes I could never take the chances that she does.

I think I may check out some of her other books.

Update: Finished this yesterday. Loved it! The last bit of the book includes her traveling with a baby (her daughter Inky) which honestly just made me sad. It limited her so much that I just felt bad, especially since part of the reason she and her husband were in Scotland was to attend an acting workshop which she was unable to really take part at all. Because Inky was so young that leaving her with her father wasn't an option. I think I'll look into her other books.
