She made a point to say this wasn't an autobiography but it kind of was because she used stories from her life to make the point of the book. I liked it though because I'm a fan of hers and it was interesting to hear about her past since she never goes deep into it on her shows. I think that a lot of what she's saying will resonate with people and coming from "a place of yes" is a good rule to live by.
