Gale Hansen was pulled into a world of drugs and Satan worship at age fifteen by his drugged out Mother. He quit high school and kicked the drugs but wandered from one loser job to another squeezing his parents for money. A pretty, well built man, Gale sells his body to Jonathan Strickland only to get caught up in Jonathon's ritualistic murder. The book was poorly edited and plot holes were quickly patched with an instant fix. This is the first of Ms Hauser's books that I've read so will give her another chance. I also couldn't identify with or even really like any of the characters. In my opinion the only thing good about this book was the cover.
