This book is a masterpiece. My ego allowed me to think that I knew children inside out. After all I knew how to clam them, how to discipline them and most of all how to have fun with them. So technically this was supposed to brush up my skills but like they say "enlightenment is ego's ultimate disappointment". I found that I didn't know nothing and I still have tonnes to learn. Whether you are a parent, teacher, or a babysitter, this book will help you understand children's emotions on a higher level. You will learn how to heal their frustrations through new discipline alternatives. And my favourite skill that I will hopefully master by the time I have my own children is to genuinely listen to them.
