This should not be your introduction to Vaynerchuk, if your going to be introduced through his books you should read "Crush It" first, then if you like wine the wine book, and finally this book which is a continuation of "Crush It" the book about finding your passion.

This book is a quick and easy read I was able to finish it in one night, although that may also be because I'm a pretty big Vaynerchuk fan.

It's basic message is about customer service and about the need and importance for old fashioned customer service using the current communication tools of the day if you want your business to be successful.
