A beautiful and sometimes sad love story. It took me a really long time (about 19 months) to read this book, but mostly because I set it aside about midway, due to a number of book series I got hooked on (A Song of Ice and Fire, The Hunger Games, and Vampire Academy). I'm so glad that I went back to it this summer though, because it really is a wonderful story. I doubt that time travel has ever been portrayed more "realistically" than it is in this bittersweet love story. The changing point of views between Henry and Clare really work, as do the journal-like format and shifting chronology.
