I was drawn to this book by the illustrations. I believe children would be interested in the book because of the bright colors and great illustrations. I dont think it is a very good message for young readers though because it is basically saying that it is okay to be mischevious and do bad things as long as you sarcastically say your sorry!? Throughout the book, I was waiting for the girl to show some feelings of remorse and grattitude, but she never did. I think kids would like the book, but probbly be a little confused at the message it is trying to convey.
