it was amazing

** spoiler alert ** The Pulp Fiction of Vlad novels, Tiassa jumps through time (and narrators/POVs) to tell the story of things that just happen.

This is the story of how Vlad was once in love, but fell in love with a woman who hated the idea that being in love with someone was supposed to be the most important part of her life. And how Vlad finally let go of her and moved on. Throughout: love and its convolutions.

When I first finished the book, I was stunned. I just couldn't put it together in my head. But the more I think about it, the more it resonates, and the more I like it.

***Dave Hill Hmmm. I didn't read it that way at the time, but, yeah, that is in fact the underlying current. That's even true in the supporting cast (if you can call the Paarfi cast just supporting here).

Now you make me want to read it again.
