The Rough Guide to the Energy Crisis

How can you pick apart a book that actually teaches you something? This is what I ask myself as I write this opinion, yet I had struggles getting through it.
Why, you ask.
The book is laid out in a way that I found bland and boring. It reminded me of textbook reading in school. Not what I want when reading at home, even in an educational book.
I have read a few Rough Guides, but this is the one I didn't connect with. All the others, so far, I enjoyed.
I do think it would be perfect in classrooms to teach about our fuel sources, and educate people on the politics of fuel and energy.
2.5/5
