The book "Bronx Masquerade" is a book which teenagers could express their feelings out loud on a Friday Open Mike day. On those Friday Open Mike days, they express their feelings about how people judge them and write a poem or a little speech. This seems like the quote "Don't Judge a book by its cover". They are related to each other because the kids that are involved in the Open Mike are all being judged by how their skin color is or their appearance. This is related to me because in our school, the SQUAD team is something similar to it because it helps keeps students rights and who they are. They are similar because both of them expresses who they are and that they were born this certain way. It is who they are and not to be born out for someone else to judge.
