it was amazing
bookshelves: manga-comic, fiction
Read from July 15 to 16, 2011

The Divine Comedy might be my favorite in the series. It's loaded with action, suspense, and just plain weirdness. You can tell from the cover that a lot of crazy shit is about to go down.

Also, it has what is perhaps my favorite side story between either Lucifer or Sandman: The Writing on the Wall. Even though, being a side story, it's not crucial to the plot, it's beautifully written and shows Lucifer's dignity and restraint, letting things run their course even if it could give him problems.

As it says on the back cover: "Things were either black or white. He would be himself. Or he would be nothing."
