Not bad writing or art at the start, but not great either. It feels a bit too episodic, like the characters are only in the same book because the author wanted to write them all, not because there's some natural relationship or interests in common. It gets better - more fluid - as the story plays out, and at least the characters have some history behind them.

The art is good - professional quality - but hardly more than the usual style of blocking/layout.
