Be warned! This book is so slim because it's just the first part of a new series---ARGH! The ending is a total cliff-hanger! Great read for those who like disaster stuff. Chase Masters' father makes his living chasing storms--not as an amateur meteorologist but as a building contractor who shows up to "help" people prepare for a disaster then charge them high prices for the repairs they need for storm damage after gaining their trust. Chase's dad wasn't always like this and this part of the back story is interesting (I won't give anything away). Chase's dad has trained and outfitted him for survival--a good thing since an off-track hurricane traps Chase and two new friends in a fight for their lives. Hopefully the wait for the next installment won't be too long!
