This is the second in the series-Peter and the Starcatchers. It is absolutely delightful to read. This series was created as a response to one of the writer's daughter's question-how did Peter Pan meet Captain Hook? And the sequels keep coming. Sprinkled with humor, suspense, wonder and just plain cute adventures with a fast moving plot, makes it hard to put it down, once you start reading it. Of course the good always overcomes the evil, but you wonder if they really will as you go through the adventures. Certainly very magical-flying boys, mysterious dark creatures, but the children maintain their childlike mentalities-they are not adults in children's bodies. In this book Peter realizes that the stardust is in danger and wants to warn Molly and her family about it. So he stowaways on the ship headed back to England (of course with some close calls of being captured and noticed) but then once he arrives he runs into trouble, quite literally, when trying to figure out where Molly lives. Will he be able to find her house before the dark, forboding nonhuman creature finds Molly's house and then steals the stardust? Just a wonderful magical adventure. Looking forward to the next in the series.
