Excellent, of course. So many people died, though, I'm a little concerned for the continuation of the series. No wonder it took George RR Martin so long to write the fifth book; he probably only has three characters to deal with by that point.

Jonathan Agreed. So many people died in this book that I wondered who was going to carry on the stories in A Feast for Crows.

only like four important people died...Tywin, Robb, Joffrey and Lysa. Oh, and Shae I guess. And Hoster Tully. And the Tickler and Polliver. And Gregor Clegane, Oberyn, Lord Mormont, half the night's watch, half the willing commadners, Ygritte, and maybe Davos Seaworth. I guess I see what you're saying.

Josiah Oh yeah and Robb, and Catelyn and maybe Sandor Clegane and maybe Ygritte
