There is not much I can say about Crown of Swords that I have not said already regrading the WoT books. Crown of Sword was definitely one of the stronger books in the series and manages to continue the quick action and numerous character lines that typified Lord of Chaos.
If I have one complaint about this book, and it is a minor gripe at that, I find that at times the characters seem to find themselves in situations or events with little explanation how they ended up there. It feels as if when Jordan was writing he knew what was to happen but was having difficulty getting the character to that point. Even if this may be considered a small failing it does prevent the story from becoming bogged down with minutia.
Looking forward to the next book Path of Daggers
