Like I said on Facebook, Sammy is not a great writer but he does tell his story from the heart like his music. I have always like Sam in Van Halen. I have liked a lot of his music too. He can Rock like the best of them. I liked where he came from, nothing and turned into this big rock star. It was nice to hear. Not someone who always had it made.

I now understand the Van Halen thing too. Eddie is an alcoholic. How do I know this? He has all the signs wet or dry drunks have. My Father was one that is how I know Eddie is one. Too bad too I used to love his guitar playing. I guess I still do because it reminds me of my youth but what happened is really sad. I know Sammy is one side of the story but Eddie also lost his wife so I do not think it's that far off. Check out the book if you ever liked Van Halen with Sammy. It's a fun read.
