Fantastic. More on the way brains work using emotions and rationality to make decisions. In line entirely with Drew Westen and George Lakoff's work, it does a nice job of showing the strengths and weaknesses of the different ways our brains process information and feelings. I couldn't help but wonder if part of why I love this stuff so much is it validates for me the way I make decisions and live my life. I gather a lot of information then I basically sleep on it (walk away from the facts) and come back and go with my gut. That's apparently the most effective way to make decisions when they are big ones. (Smaller ones are best left to the prefrontal cortex's rationality and logic and maybe that's why I don't enjoy small decisions.) I definitely recommend this book.
