I enjoyed this 3rd book much, much more than the 2nd book. It's pretty much just the exact reverse of book #2, but way better. The humor that was missing from #2 is back, especially w/ Gregori. And I love that Shanna and Roman have bigger cameos too. I must admit, I wasn't really that into Angus, but hearing his story was great. Emma seemed different somehow, even the way she spoke felt different. Angus on the other hand is awfully agressive! Pushing up on someone 2 nights after meeting them is quite brazen if you ask me!

After reading 3 books in the series so far, I think I can confirm my theory of the formula:

1. Vampire and human meet - instant sexual attraction occurs.
2. Inappropriate flirting ensures - quickly followed by "WTF am I thinking" resistance from both.
3. Sex
4. Both determine their feelings are true love so it's okay.
5. Sex
6. It's been about a week - marriage proposal.
7. Happily sexing ever after.

Onto book #4!
