A so called nice girl gets turned to a vampire by a stranger she just met. He is kind of in to her and thinks she is unique and funny. The book is about Jane coming to grips with her new vampire status and also dealing with her first real love interest. Someone is also trying to attack her. this book had a lot of potential and having enjoyed my last comedy paranormal romance I was very excited. It was just ok, because the plot was very choppy and not a lot of romantic tension or even heat. Transitions from one scene to another were horrible. One minute she is making out and then she is sitting on her couch? WHAT? So confusing. I don't believe for one minute that her sire is into her, except being told. The character isn't even that funny. Only because it was free did I give it 2 stars. I would never buy this book or even read more in the series. Oh, and she was a librarian, which alone does not make her a "nice girl". No other evidence really supported her main idenity.
