bookshelves: favorites, nonfiction

Very revealing, so much that it is a painful book to read at times, but always compelling and honest. This is one of the best books about the Holocaust because of its candid first-hand account of the suffering of Jews during the Holocaust, from the months before imprisonment to final liberation.
