The Girl Who Chased the Moon is the second book I've read by Sarah Addison Allen and I favored it slightly over the first - Garden Spells. I was intrigued by the small town family secrets...the mysteries, which felt more organic than those formulated for 'whodunnit' mysteries. It was all about the why and not so much about the who, what, or when. I was quite captivated by this "fable" and its main characters: Julia, Emily, Win, and Sawyer. There were several particularly beautiful passages I wish to highlight. Quite an enchanting read!
