** spoiler alert ** Wow, this is a powerful book with brilliant insights. But, as with anything that makes us stop and evaluate ourselves, it was a very difficult read. In fact, it's probably time for me to return to its pages (if I could just get "out of the box"...)

Lucas Teo Best wishes and hope you can get out of the box soon. You might want to try "leadership and self deception" by the author's company I supposed - the Arbinger institute. The book is easier to read than bonds. :)
