I can't say if it's good or bad. This is the first book I read wrote by Julianne Maclean. I had mixed feelings about it. There are times that I want to stop of the middle of story and then I can't stop turing page. The story is fast paced, then it left out some important details. For example, is did Duncan ever know that Angus is the one who told the english soldiers that he is on the cave? What happen to Amelia and Duncan after he escaped? Did they went far away to hide? This is the first book I read about Scot men failling in love with English ladies, it's very different from those I read. I can't even say if I will the 2nd book of this series. Although, I will try some of her books, maybe I will find what I am looking for.
