Another free Kindle book-and a young adult sci-fi! Pretty much one of my favorite genres!
This book took too long to get into the real plot for me-which I feel like I've been saying a lot lately. I did love the sci-fi-ness of it, hearing about all the different aliens species was great, huge points for imagination!
Near the end, there is a nice, sparking element of heartening interest, but like I said, I felt like it took too long for me to really be invested. Other than that, I don't think I have a whole lot to say. I'd read the rest of the series for cheap or free, but won't be going out to buy them new. The good parts did remind me of a good Dr. Who episode and I loved that character of Vairocina. It was interesting and worth a quick read.
