My therapist once told me I should channel my anger into writing. I think Ron Kovic's therapist must have him the same thing, and this book is the result. There are entire chapters that are nothing more than a string of obscenities. The movie was so much better. Oliver Stone is an artist. Ron Kovic is not--although I'm sure he has other admirable qualities.
