2.5 stars. Mixed feelings about this book.
Liked it for the first half when it was a straight-up, exciting adventure narrative. The last half didn't do much for me. The ending was annoying! The story was pretty racist. And there were too many boring digressions from the story. But the adventure stuff was great!
Actually EAP later stated that he thought it was "a very silly book"!
