This book was so simple and quick. It's a book composed of poems, by a young boy in school. It's like your hearing his conversations with his teacher, but only hear him. You read and see a transitioning boy going from no interest in poems to realizing that there are endless possibilities. Just reading this novel you realize yourself that poems don't always have to be old English, hard to analyze pieces of work. They can be from a child who has something to say. this book was adorable. Great resource to use in class I'm sure. I'm excited to find out!
