Very nice book. very articulately Dr. Henry Cloud has put across his points and 6 dimension of character and how you can integrate those character traits in yourself.
Helpful for people who face some reality problems in their work life or personal life.
Also, would recommend that all the psychotherapist and psychologist to read it...a different perspective on lot of topics.
