another hit! this one has a lot more information than the "your best body now". it has meal plans and recipes that i'm looking forward to trying. i have noticed that when i don't put junk in my body and eat food in it's natural state that is good for me, i do feel better. i'm definitely going to try incorporating coconut oil/butter into my diet. tosca suggests it to help those of us who are ADDICTED to sugar...that has definitely been my biggest challenge-saying "no" to m&m's, ice cream and other sweet treats. getting off of soda, especially after what i read about what sugar does to one's skin, has NOT been an issue for me (never thought i'd be saying that!).
