What an absolutely amazing book! I want to move to Weltana and meet all of these people. Jeanne is a terrific heroine. She spent twelve years in stasis, until she finally made the move to change her life and begin it over again. The characters are so well-written and funny and you really want them in your life. This book was sweet, sad, poignant and hilariously funny. And I loved all of Jeanne's shoes!

And I really wanted to be at that trial! I don't know how everyone wasn't laughing at Slick Dick.

I can't recommend this book enough. You won't be sorry you read it.
