Read in January, 2012

Metatextually, I thought this was a brilliant book, & I particularly adored the re-interpretation of a certain 'women's mystery'.

Textually, I despised the protagonist, Micah, & found I couldn't engage with her.

I do have a theory about what "really" happened, but a) well, this is a fiction book, none of it "really" happened, right? ;). And b) I don't know where the 'spoiler' option is in the mobile version of Goodreads...

My second read for the Australian Women Writers Challenge of 2012!
