I read this book some years back and although it is definitely a book worth reading, it didn't have the same effect as other books of the Bronte sisters had on me. However, it vividly portrays the English society of the time and it shows us its true colors which unfortunately weren't,only, nice horse carriages, grant houses and beautiful dresses...

Gorfo Really? I really liked this on! I felt like it was different than Wuthering Heights or Jane Eyre, not as dark and foreboding but I still loved the excellent plot twist! :)

It is after all one of the classics!! :)
But, Wuthering heights, had made such an impact on me,(it is one of my favorite books!-how original huh? :P) that when I read The Tenant of Wildfell Hall, I felt a bit disappointed.. (I know! different book, different sister, but still...)
Anyway, as I said earlier, it is definitely worth reading!

Gorfo Haha ok then! I feel like Jane Eyre will always be my favorite but Wuthering Heights definitely changed my life. I still refer back to it all the time :)
