Summary:
Art class was over and Vashti was sad because her piece of paper was completely blank. The teacher said"Ah! A polar bear in a snowstorm!" Vashti didn't laugh. (Feeling: Sad Conflict: Person vs. self/person vs. person)

The art teacher told Vashti to draw a dot. Vashti jabbed a dot. "Now sign it" the teacher ordered. (Feeling: Confused Conflict: Person vs. Person)

The next day Vashti went in the art room and saw her drawing of the dot and her name signed, framed in a swirly gold frame. "Hmmph! I can draw better than that!" Exclaimed Vashti. (Feeling: Proud Conflict: Person vs. Self)

Vashti took her brand new paint-set with them, she painted different dots with different colors. She experimented that red+blue= purple. Vashti even painted a dot that wasn't filled with color but the outside formed a circle inside! That was when Vashti realized that she could draw! (Feelings: Happy, Proud, Excited)

Vashti drew a lot of different kinds of dots. She even had a dots art show. Vashti saw this boy at her art show "I wish I could draw" the boy said to Vashti.

At last Vashti gave the little boy a piece of paper and said "Draw a dot" The little boy looked a bit confused but he still drew a dot. "Now sign your name said Vashti... (Feeling: Happy to help)
