This book was just okay, probably my favorite part was the cats. This is a reprint of a book that Debbie Macomber wrote back in 1994, it was taken out of print and now re-released as a hardback. I don't know much about the publishing world but I'm wondering, why? I didn't think this book was so good that it needed to be resurrected. Maybe made available as an ebook for the legion of Macomber fans but a hardback re-release? I dunno. It was short and it was sweet, but I wasn't engaged in the story and when I finished I thought it was just okay.
