Storm Breaker, written by Anthony Horowitz, is a book about a teen named Alex rider who thinks he is just a normal boy. He just learned that his uncle died from a car accident because he wasn’t wearing a seat belt. This was very strange to Alex because he knows that his uncle always wears a seat belt. So he went to investigate and found out the true story. His uncle was a secret agent and was working to try and uncover a mystery about the upcoming new technology, the Storm Breaker. So Alex agrees to go into the operation of Storm Breaker and try to uncover why his uncle was killed. Alex, himself, almost not making it out alive finds out the truth and saves the world from a terrible disaster.
If you are a fan of a thriller this would be the book for you. This is a great book and I couldn’t put the book down. I loved all of the action that was put into the book and how just a kid could save the world. I thought that it was a great piece of work and would recommend it to anyone that wants to read just a flat out great book.
