Read from February 22 to March 06, 2011, read count: 1

This may have been my first Peter Decker series book. I cannot remember reading others, but maybe they just were not as outstanding as this story. The plot, the characters and how Faye Kellerman wove them all together to get a story that was good, no great is amazing. The characters not only have depth, but have so many twists to their persona. Just when I thought I had one of the characters figured out, there was a twist and I was caught off guard, surprised and intrigued with the character all over again. The story is a page turner in itself, but add such interesting characters and the story is just great. The story itself has many turns, twists and surprises that keep you interested right to the end. Then the ending leaves you standing there with your mouth open. I was not expecting the ending, but understand the ending. The ending just adds to the characters and makes you want to continue with the same characters and story.
